1 Cancellation of Services
- To cancel a Service, the Client must provide us with twenty-four (24) hours notice of cancellation. Until notice of cancellation is received by us, and cancellation is finalized and acknowledged as being received, the Customer will remain responsible for paying for said Service or Services.

2 Policy
We require twenty-four (24) hours notice of cancellation as we reserve that time especially for you, as such whilst we understand that life happens and things come up, we do expect that by 4 p.m. (EST), the working day before you can cancel or reschedule by notifying us by one of the means above to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee of 50% of the fee for the Service(s), which will be added to your account.

3 Company Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel and or not provide Service(s) if the Client’s account remains delinquent for seven (7) days after the Client is notified that the account has become delinquent due to a Cancellation fee.
