Within a one hour long session we suggest comfortable clothing. Light touch will be used to listen to the craniosacral rhythm and facilitate releases through the body. One hand rests underneath the body and the other on top. Starting at the feet and following the body’s cues step by step to the areas that require release. As one area releases we will move on to the next. Clients report feeling deeply relaxed during sessions.
